Welcome to ReNeuro

ReNeuro is a private practice specialising in delivery of neuropsychological assessments, psychological therapy and cognitive remediation / rehabilitation for adolescents, adults and older adults. It was established by Dr Keri Diamond and Dr Loren Mowszowski who are both trained clinicians as well as leaders of clinical research projects at the Brain and Mind Centre, The University of Sydney.

Neuropsychological Assessments

A neuropsychological assessment is a non-invasive investigation of your cognition (i.e. thinking skills such as memory, concentration, problem solving etc) where a specially trained clinician asks questions about your background and current abilities and administers various paper-and-pencil and computerised tests.

Psychological Therapy

The primary therapeutic model is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Clients are taught skills and techniques to change their unhelpful thinking and behaviour that lead to long lasting improvements in their mood and functioning.

Cognitive Rehabilitation

Cognitive rehabilitation is a non-drug psychological intervention designed to facilitate improvement of thinking skills (e.g. memory, attention, executive functions) that have been disrupted by brain injury or other disorders that have an impact on the brain.

Dr Keri Diamond

Dr Keri Diamond is an experienced Clinical Neuropsychologist and Clinical Psychologist. Her dual qualifications uniquely position her to provide comprehensive, tailored neuropsychological and psychological assessments, cognitive rehabilitation and cognitive behavioural therapy within a biopsychosocial framework.

Dr Loren Mowszowski

Dr Loren Mowszowski is a nationally registered Clinical Neuropsychologist with specialised skills and training in neuropsychological assessment as well as cognitive rehabilitation. Loren works in private practice and is also an established early career researcher at the Brain and Mind Centre, University of Sydney.
